- 2 large oranges
- 200 ml milk
- 200 gr. of sugar
- ½ glass of orange juice
- 4 eggs
- 200 ml of cream
- 1 stick of cinnamon
- Liquid caramel (homemade or canned)
1- First, put the oven to heat to 200 degrees.
2- In a bowl, put the eggs, the sugar (150 gr.), The cream and the milk. Mix everything and beat until you get a homogeneous cream.
3- In a saucepan, melt 50 gr. of sugar until a caramel is obtained.
4- Spread the caramel in the flan molds and fill them with the egg mixture.
5- Take them to the bain-marie in the oven until the puddings have risen and slightly broken on the surface. Remove them from the oven and rest.
6- While the puddings are cooling, peel the oranges and cook them in a saucepan with the cinnamon stick and the orange juice, for 5 minutes, until it is slightly reduced. Reserve.
7- Disinform the puddings on a plate and cover them with the orange sauce. Decorate the plate with some orange wedges.
