  • 1 sheet of shortbread dough or shortbread
  • 400 gr. broccoli
  • 100 gr. Roquefort cheese or blue cheese
  • 200 gr. cream cheese (Philadelfhia type)
  • 4 eggs
  • 200 ml. cream (or cream) liquid
  • Salt, pepper and oil
