We invite you to make this delicious broccoli and roquefort or blue cheese quiche, a healthy dish perfect for a birthday party, for a light and special dinner. In addition, it can be eaten hot or cold.

- 1 sheet of shortbread dough or shortbread
- 400 gr. broccoli
- 100 gr. Roquefort cheese or blue cheese
- 200 gr. cream cheese (Philadelfhia type)
