Gluten-free traditional meatballs in sauce

Meatballs, par excellence, are one of the favorite foods of children. Meatballs, chicken, fish ... the children love them, they are very comfortable to eat and can be prepared in advance.

For all children, even those with eating problems such as celiac children, suggests that they prepare these delicious meatballs without gluten. If you get down to business, you might get up to 30 meatballs with this recipe.

  • ½ kg. minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 100 g. gluten-free bread crumbs
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper and parsley
  • Cornstarch for frying
  • 2 onions
  • 400 ml. meat broth

1. Dip the bread crumbs in a little milk. Mix the minced meat with the egg and add the crumb, forming a dough.

2. Chop the garlic and parsley very finely, add to the meat, season and mix everything with your hands.

3. Form the meatballs with your hands, pass them through flour. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the meatballs when very hot, until golden brown. Take out and drain on kitchen paper.

4. For the sauce, chop the onion very finely and add it to the pan in which we have fried the meatballs, with the same oil.

5. Once well fried, reserve the meatballs and fry the chopped onion in the same oil. When it is golden and soft, add the meatballs and the glass of broth. Let it boil, and you are ready to eat!
